Purchasing PPTC Gear

You’re a new member and want to proudly represent PPTC at your future races. Or perhaps you’re a seasoned member and now your beloved PPTC singlet is worn out and seen better days. Or maybe you just want more PPTC in your life.

We have singlets, shirts, caps, and visors; all sold for $25 each for cash, check made out to PPTC, or Venmo (please have the app downloaded and your account active prior to purchasing).

PPTC gear is exclusively sold at our monthly meetings, which are generally held on the first Monday of every month at Da Nonna Rosa (140 7th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215). The meeting begins at 7 pm and clothing sales begin around 8-8:30 pm. Please make sure to check the PPTC Speed Read for the upcoming meeting dates, which can be found by signing up for the PPTC Google Group Open Forum (https://groups.google.com/group/pptc-open-forum).

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee stock availability at this time. You can email clothing@pptc.org to check if we have your size available.

If you are unable to make the monthly meeting, please email the clothing@pptc.org to make other arrangements for pick up and payment.

Volunteering at events with the Clothing Committee: You don't have to be a member of the clothing committee to help out! During PPTC events such as the Final 10 Training Run, gear will be sold and volunteer slots will be available to help out the Clothing Committee (you'll receive volunteer points for helping out!). Jobs include organizing the gear before/during/after the event, pulling extra sizes as needed, or collecting transactions. Please email clothing@pptc.org if you have any questions about volunteering.

Be a part of the Clothing Committee! The Clothing Committee is always looking for dedicated members to get involved and keep our club looking sharp! Below are just a few of the many tasks that you can get involved with. Please email clothing@pptc.org if you'd like to be a part of the Clothing Committee or have any questions.

  1. Help set up and manage online shop for ordering hoodies and sweatpants.
  2. Design or organize design contest for new gear designs, including printing prototype shirts or other gear.
  3. Organize the 2018 NYC Marathon PPTC shirt process, including design, delivery, and distribution.
  4. Help with storage and sales of current PPTC gear.
