Natasha Goss

Hello, PPTC! You might know me from Saturday long runs, Wednesday pub runs, or the occasional Tuesday night alternate speedwork session. Joining PPTC and taking part in the many events and activities the club offers has been one of the best parts of the past year and a half, and I’d be so grateful for the chance to give back as club secretary.

I love the diversity of life stages, goals, and interests PPTC members bring to the table. There’s always been someone to run with, whether I’m out for a social jog or training for my first trail 50K, and I've gotten to know so many talented people who either share my current goals or were there a few years ago and have valuable advice.

In my day job as a lawyer, I thrive on juggling lots of meetings, paperwork, and general logistics, so keeping club minutes and an updated membership list is right up my alley. I also did similar work in college while on the board of the CU Boulder Environmental Center.

As secretary, my goals would be to keep an already-great system running smoothly, encourage input from diverse members and new voices at meetings, and help foster the creativity of our members when it comes to special events, themed group runs, and ways to get involved with the broader Brooklyn community. I hope to see you out there on the loop and am always up for a chat at conversational pace!
