Welcome to this week’s installment of Inside the Earbuds of…The right songs can inspire you to crank out one last set or run an extra mile. Ms. Traci Lester is using her workout tunes for extra motivation while she's making a race comeback this spring. 

Traci LesterI've been running since high school and, for the first time ever, I suffered an injury with a combination of heel spur and plantar fasciitis. When the NYC Marathon was cancelled, I decided to take time off to let my feet rest and my body heal.

Now that it's spring, I'm ready to get back into gear and work out again. I almost never exercise without music -- however it totally motivates me to do more! And for me the beat is especially important. Enjoy the top 10 songs on my current playlist!
