Marathon Training Program with Coach John Honerkamp

PPTC now has all year training sessions with Coach John Honerkamp. Fall marathon focused group training sessions will begin on Tuesday, July 11th and conclude targeting New York City Marathon (with the possibility of extended sessions/guidance for later races, such as Philadelphia or CIM). Included in the training sessions are in-person group interval work Tuesday mornings and prescribed runs throughout the course of the week.

Whether you’re training for your first marathon or  you’re a seasoned runner, this program is open to all members regardless of pace and experience. Note, the weekly workouts are open to all members, you do not need to sign-up nor do you need to be registered for a marathon - just show up and train.
