Stretching is something we know we should do more often, but it's hard to find the time with all that darn running. Luckily, the fine folks at JackRabbit Brooklyn are hosting a session with Stretched Out, where you can stretch with professional guidance. This is FREE session, taking place this Wed 10/16 at 7 pm at Jackrabbit Brooklyn (151 7th Ave, at Carroll).
Stretched Out is Brooklyn's premier stretching facility for sports, therapeutic, and wellness stretching. They are located in Bay Ridge, and specialize in Active Isolated Stretching, in which stretches are held in short increments to allow target muscles to lengthen without triggering the muscle reflex.
