We know that PPTC folks like beer and food almost as much as they like running -- maybe even more. So join us for a gentle jaunt to East Wiliamsburg to sample the wares of some of Brooklyn's most inventive brewers, accompanied by tasty bites (including vegan options). The Grimms were gypsy brewers for several years but opened their own brewery and taproom last summer. The selection frequently changes, and there are often new releases, but there's sure to be something to interest you. So, whether you are recovering from a Saturday long run, or just curious to check out some intriguing brews, come join us. The distance is a little over 4 miles. All paces welcome. The brewery doesn't open until noon (which is why we won't start until 11 -- if you're doing your LR on Sunday you could join us for the last 4 miles and reward yourself with a beer).
