This meeting is a treat for our moms-to-be, current moms, and their partners! Not a mom-to-be or a current mom? No worries! Don't miss out because many of the techniques that will be presented and discussed are applicable to all runners within our PPTC family!
Alanna Fraase's (Allie) Bio:
Alanna (Allie) Fraase became certified as a Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Instructor with Fit4Mom in 2016 and bought the Brooklyn franchise the following spring. She initially found Fit4Mom as a brand-new mom with a 7-week old newborn in spring 2016.
Allie grew up in the Texas Hill Country and moved to Brooklyn in 2015 with her husband. She has a BA in Graphic Design, over ten years of event planning experience, formerly owned a furniture-building business, and was an avid athlete and ballet dancer throughout her teens.
Allie is certified in all programs that Fit4Mom Brooklyn offers: Stroller Barre, Stroller Strides, Strides 360, Run Club, Body Well (HIIT), Body Boost, and Fit4Baby (prenatal). In her spare time, she can typically be found cooking meals at home with her family, reading, running outside, or homeschooling her oldest of two children.
