Inspired by our teammates who are fresh off Boston or other marathons? Thinking of running your first one? Or you ran one last year, but you think you can do better?
The start of fall marathon training will be on us soon. Confused about 80/20, don't know your Higdon from Daniels, and the only Hanson you know is a boy band? Should you go at it alone or hire a running coach? This is the meeting for you!
We'll have a panel of five PPTC members who will be discussing their experiences with different training methods. Because of limited space and time, we don't be able to cover all of the different training methods, but this at the very least will give you a good start on hearing from your peers on what they do.
