Proper joint mobility and hip/core stability are essential for runners of all ages and at all levels. The hip and core muscles support the entire lower extremity and trunk during running, and without strength and stability in these areas, runners are more likely to injure themselves and experience episodes of foot, knee, hip and back pain. Come in ready to take your performance to the next level!
