Join us for a virtual book club discussion of Roar by Dr. Stacy Sims on how to optimize training and nutrition for people with (or who have had) periods. Yes, we will talk about how to train with, not in spite of, periods, pregnancy, and menopause!

You can definitely join the discussion even if you missed any of the previous discussions!
