What's red, jolly, and adept at eating cookies quickly? The PPTC Holiday Party, of course! Join us for the annual party on Sun 12/15 at the Halyards. Festivities kick off at 3 pm, and go till 6 pm (or whenever you feel like heading home).

Location: Halyards, 406 3rd Ave (at 6th St), Brooklyn, NY (closest train: 4th & 9th FGR)

Potluck: We'll have some food, but if you want to bring a dish to share (optional), that is appreciated! In an effort to have more savory food this year, we're suggesting that folks with last names A-Q bring something savory, and R-Z bring something sweet. This is a great opportunity to showcase your favorite recipe with the rest of our club! Don't forget to bring your container/leftovers home at the end of the party. Note: we always seem to have too many store-bought chips & cookies at the end, so don’t feel obligated to bring something if pressed for time.

Gift Exchange: We'll have a running themed gift exchange, MC'ed by our very own Nicholas Cohen! If you want to participate, please bring a wrapped, running-related gift valued ~$20. (If you don’t have time to get a running themed gift, you do not have to participate; it’s fun to watch as well!) Anyone who brings a gift will receive a random gift.

Drinks: Please support the Halyards by buying a drink, as they have generously provided space for us free of charge! Note that the main bar area will be open to the public during the party, but the Back Room is exclusively for us. Please do not bring your own alcoholic beverages.

Children: Sorry, but unlike most PPTC events, this event is not recommended for kids.

Suggested Attire: Your ugliest holiday sweater or something equally festive. See examples above.
