Most of us are probably type-A and absolutely crawling out of our skin during this time of social distancing, but let's try to find the silver lining -- shall we? This is the perfect time to slow down and reconnect the mind with the body. It's a time to breathe deep and care for our bodies in ways we often neglect.
Over these next few weeks, Emily Golloub, PPTC Member, is offering virtual yoga classes to all PPTC members. Emily is a certified yoga instructor who has years of experience teaching a safe, alignment-based yoga practice suitable for all levels.
There will be 4 sessions of this class, and you can join one or all of them. We will be announcing a streaming link shortly.
