Please join us for a book club discussion of Roar by Dr. Stacy Sims on how to optimize training and nutrition for people with (or who have had) periods. Yes, we will talk about how to train with, not in spite of, periods, pregnancy, and menopause! We highly encourage men to read this book and join in our online discussion via Facebook or the Google group, but we would like to keep the in-person event limited to women and folks with menstrual cycles.
